Nate Diaz on Brandon Moreno loss
Nate Diaz has his say on the unanimous decision loss of Brandon Moreno against Deiveson Figueiredo. Figueiredo won the fight via unanimous decision in a closely contested bout.
The Diaz universe doesn’t count the decision losses. According to them they just ran out of time. Nate Diaz came in support of Brandon Moreno and said he is still the champion. In a Diaz universe, Moreno walks out of the arena with the flyweight championship. Diaz tweeted, “Moreno still the winner“

Nate Diaz is no stranger to losing fights via decision
Nate Diaz and unanimous decision losses are no stranger to each other. Diaz has lost many fights via decision but he has created an image that he is just running out of time. Diaz brothers always say if we fight to the death, we are gonna win in the real world.
Moreno fought a wonderful fight and won the majority of exchanges in the fight but Figueiredo had landed few power shots in rounds 3 and 5, which won him the fight. Round 1 was very close but Figueiredo seemed to land more. Figueiredo won rounds 1, 3, and 5 and secured the victory at UFC 270.
