UFC Vegas 62 main event featured the women’s flyweight bout between Alexa Grasso and Viviane Araujo. The event went down inside the UFC APEX facility in Nevada, Las Vegas, and the card was stacked with amazing fights.
Grasso and Araújo put on a great show and the fight fans were truly entertained. From the very start of the fight, both the fighters were trading jabs. However, Grasso was getting the upper hand in most of the exchanges.
The Brazilian then went for a takedown in the second round but it wasn’t enough to keep Alexa Grasso obeyed. As the fight extended it became an overall striking showdown. However, Grasso was the better fighter. After five action-packed rounds, Grasso was declared the winner via unanimous decision.
