“You got this”- Alexander Volkanovski spurs on Nick Kyrgios as he prepares to compete in the Wimbledon

Nick Krygois found himself getting promoted to the final of the 2022 Wimbledon championships. After which, Alexander Volkanovski congratulated him for his progress to the finals.Thursday night, it was confirmed that Krygois has landed a spot at the finals as his semi-final match with Rafael Nadal has been cancelled.
Nadal was close to creating history at Wimbledon as he had already won the Australian Open and French Open earlier this year. However, the Spaniard had no other choices but to pull out his name after suffering from an abdomen injury. According to reports, Nadal had a 7 mm tear in his abdominal muscle during the quarterfinal match with Taylor Fritz. The injury was severe and ignoring it would have been serious for the 22-time Grand Slam Champion. This gave way for Krygois to play the finals against Novak Djokovic.
Krygois recently spoke about the whole situation and shared his opinions with the media.
” It’s not the way I wanted to get to the final,” Kyrgios said during the press conference. “As a competitor, I really did want that match. We’ve both taken a win against each other at this tournament. I really did want to see how the third chapter was going to go.”

After the announcement was made, Krygois was extremely excited and happy and shared his feelings through a social media message to his fans and followers.
The 27 year old took to Twitter and revealed that he is a grand slam finalist and this alone is very thrilling for him. He wrote :
” Bruh, I’m a slam finalist ???? I’m excited either way ?.”
Under the tweet, Volkanovski, fellow Australian made commented in order to show his support towards Kyrgios.
“You got this brother!!,” wrote Volkanovski.
Moments like this is definitely something that both the countryman cherish and feel proud about it. Volkanovski himself has gained a status of a great UFC champion and has made Australia proud. In his recent title defence against Max Holloway, Volkanovski defeated the Hawaiian and became one of the greatest featherweights in the history of UFC.
