Conor Mcgregor has been out of the fight scene for a long time after breaking his left fibula and tibia in the first round of UFC 264 versus Dustin Poirier. He has, however, announced his return with a remarkable improvement and training videos.
Dana tells on The Jim Rome Show, “Conor is looking to come back the end of this year, early next year. When I do talk to Conor, Conor wants to fight.” He goes on to tell how Conor has gotten better offers but all he is interested in getting back on the Octagon. He goes on to say, “Conor gets all kinds of offers for movie roles and all these other things that he can go and do and make money. He doesn’t want to do any of that. Conor wants to fight.”
Ali Abdelaziz wants the UFC to “pimp out” Conor McGregor before a run at the title
Conor has been looking to re-enter the octagon in order to compete for the welterweight belt. He has been requesting the winner of Kamaru Usman vs. Leon Edwards, which will take place in August when he returns from a broken leg.
However, Usman’s manager, Ali, believes he should be “pimped out” before competing for the championship again. Based on Dana White’s interview, Ali retweets BT Sport on McGregor’s imminent return to action.
According to Abdelaziz, who tweets, “Give this guy Easy money we need him to win To pimp him out One more time like we did Before.” He even included emojis of the Nigerian flag and a crown in the message, indicating Kamaru Usman.
