As Aljamain Sterling is preparing for the matchup against Henry Cejudo, who is coming up from retirement, he gave a new physique update to the fans. Cejudo and Sterling are about to face off at UFC 288 in New Jersey.

The belt will be on the line for Aljamain Sterling, as he is the defending champion facing a former champ. As everyone knows how tough Henry Cejudo is, Aljamain getting ready in every aspect is expected. Fighters getting training, making changes to their size, or lowering it are common things in MMA fights. But things get more intense when a fighter’s shape gets more defined. The accusation of steroids or anything that is banned by authority comes to the mind of anyone.

As a featherweight, Aljamain always looked ripped, and there was no compromise with the weight. But looking stronger with more muscle mass shocks the MMA community. UFC has seen many fighters like Vitor Belfort who have used steroids to get the jack shape back in time. He had the scariest physique in the UFC. Sterling recently tweeted about his photoshoot, where he looked more robust than earlier for UFC 288. As Aljamain tweeted, he writes in the caption, “Thank you @BorrachinhaMMA for the secret Juice bro.” Aljamain was thanking Paulo Costa for the controversial secret juice.

As Aljamain gave a thankful gesture to Costa, some fans had serious reactions to his tweet. Fans were bashing Sterling for taking Costa’s help. Some even got serious and took a dig at him by saying, “You’re thanking a loser; you’re definitely losing that belt.”

Paulo Costa is one of those fighters in MMA who got accused of consuming steroids, but he always declined that. Paulo Costa, as he claims, has a naturally good physique, which is not easily achievable.
