Last year, Andrew and Tristan Tate were released from house arrest in Romania. However, they still face legal restrictions due to their ongoing trial on human trafficking charges. The brothers are allowed to roam freely within Bucharest and Ilfov county.

However, they are prohibited from leaving Romania which became a serious issue when their mother got sick in the UK. The Tate brothers were denied any liberty to visit their mother. The legal verdict is still pending, and if found guilty, the brothers can face up to 20 years in prison.
