Danny Sabatello has recently talked about UFC fighter Colby Covington in his recent interview and revealed why he hates Colby. Danny is a Bellator fight and he will face Leandro Higo at Bellator 282 on June 24. Sabatello has been fighting in Bellator since last year and has been inside the octagon twice. Danny has won his last 2 fights in Bellator and as he prepares to enter the octagon for the third time in the promotion, he has something to say about Colby.
Colby is a UFC fighter and fights in the welterweight division of the promotion. Colby is among the best UFC fighters currently and is also one of the best welterweights in the history of the promotion. Covington last fought against his archrival Jorge Masvidal at UFC 272 and dominated Jorge throughout the fight and won the match via a unanimous decision.
Danny talked about Colby in his recent interview at The MMA Hour and revealed that he hates when people compare him with Colby Covington because he has his limits and would not do things Colby does to promote a fight. Danny also said he always supports Jorge Masvidal and will keep supporting him instead of Colby.
Danny said: “I don’t like Colby Covington. I don’t like the schtick. I don’t do the fakes. I don’t like [bringing] religion, politics or family into things, that’s just not my style… I don’t like when people compare me to him. He’s fake, and he involves a lot of that’s unnecessary. I’ll never do that and I’ll be team Masvidal until the day I die.”

Danny Sabatello talked about his fight in his recent interview and also talked about how he deals with fans and haters. Danny fights in the bantamweight division of the Bellator and is currently on a 6 fight win streak. Sabatello has a professional record of 12 wins and 1 loss and he will face Leandro Higo on June 24. Higo has a professional record of 21 wins and 5 losses and is on a 3-fight win streak.
Danny was asked about his growing name in the MMA community and was asked how he deals with it. Danny revealed he does not care what fans think of him and he claimed MMA fans are stupid and don’t know anything about fighting. He said fans always talk trash, but he copes with it by not thinking about it.
Danny said: “At the end of the day, I don’t really give a f**k about the attention or anything about that you know a lot of these fans in MMA are idiots and they don’t know what the f**k they’re talking about with fighting um they’re always gonna talk trash.“
