Right now, Beneil Dariush is ready to face anyone, especially at UFC 288. After former champ Charles Oliveira was declared to be unfit for the upcoming event on 6th May due to injury, Beneil Dariush is ready to face anyone.

The UFC lightweight contender Beneil Dariush was left with no option after the ‘Do Bronx’ injury news. Dariush is ready to fight against anyone, to which a rising prospect had shown his interest in the fight. Both were ready to fight against each other in the upcoming event, but the UFC didn’t approve.

Right now Dariush is Ranked 4 on the lightweight contender list. Beneil has 8 fight-win streak for which he already believes he is ready for the championship match. But, UFC decided to test against one of the best submission artists in UFC history. So far Dariush vs Olivera is targeted at UFC 289, but Dariush wants to fight in the next main event.

In his career, Dariush has secured a one-sided victory over most of his opponents, which includes former champ Tony Ferguson. There are times when fighters are injured and they just say “Yes” to the fight due to their opponent. But Beneil Dariush is not one of those opponents against whom one cannot take chances. So for sure Charles simply said “No” for right now as he is also planning to fight for the title again.

Amid all the fiasco, Arman Tsarukyan has already called out Beneil Dariush after the news that Charles Oliveira will not be competing in the upcoming event. In his tweet he said, “You know there’s no reason to postpone it, I’m just right here.” Both Beneil Dariush and rising prospect Arman Tsarukyan gave their approval to fight on UFC 288, but the promotion is not interested in this matchup. Currently, Arman is ranked no. 8 in the UFC lightweight contender list, which can also be why the undefeated fighter Darius should not fight against the rising talent.

After getting defeated by Islam Makhachev on his debut, Arman won 6 contests out of 7. His one loss was in the 6th matchup against Mateusz Gamrot last year at UFC on ESPN: Tsarukyan vs. Gamrot. But now the UFC is not giving a green card to the fight against Dariush, who is equally ready to compete against Arman.

Currently, UFC is working on the co-main event of UFC 288. Now there are chances that Dariush and Oliveira will compete against each other at UFC 289. This is the second time “Do Bronx” pulled out of a fight due to injury.
