UFC Vegas 55 saw Ketlen Vieira secure another huge victory of her UFC career when the 30-year old “Fenomeno” secured a split decision victory over former UFC bantamweight champion Holly Holm in the main event. Vieira is now 7-2 in her UFC career and has made her way into the top 3 rankings amongst the UFC’s women bantamweight. Her next fight should likely happen to be against the winner of the title fight rematch happening at UFC 277 between the champion Julianna Pena and the challenger Amanda Nunes.

Vieira and Holm went head to head in a super close fight against each other but to the public eye, it seemed like Holm was the one that was supposed to win the fight due to her clinch control of almost 10 minutes and her volume of strikes. Only time can tell what’s next for Holm as she is already 40-years old and is going to be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Famer next month.
