Former UFC interim champion Ciryl Gane will look to get back to winning ways after losing his previous fight. Gane is known for his playful attitude and wholesome interactions with fellow fighters and fans. He also has a reputation as one of the quickest heavyweights who punches hard. He has finished the majority of his fights via knockout.

Gane recently posted a video of him training and trying his hand at the power punch machine. He punched the bag so hard that he beat the high score set by a previous person. After scoring 999, Gane started jumping in the air and celebrated with his friend. Gane looks in proper shape for his fight against Serghei Spivac at UFC Paris.

Gane is well-known for his precision striking and speed, but his punching power remains underappreciated sometimes. He has knocked out 5 of his 11 UFC opponents, including punching powerhouses Jairzinho Rozenstruik and Derrick Lewis. His punching power is not as explosive as some other heavyweights in the UFC but has good accuracy. He is able to land his punches with a lot of precision, which can be just as effective as raw power.

Due to his well-known punching power, Gane’s opponents usually take him to the ground and control his movement.
