UFC welterweight contender Colby Covington has had a successful career in the UFC. Covington is known for his aggressive fighting style and outspoken personality in and outside the octagon. He is also known amongst the few in the UFC for his unkept support for the former US President Donald Trump.

Colby Covington has a notable and friendly relationship with former U.S. President Donald Trump. He has openly expressed his admiration for Trump. He recently revealed on X ( previously known as Twitter ), that Donald Trump would be joining him as a guest for an interview ahead of his fight at UFC 296. ” A special guest dropped in for my interview with @bokamotoESPN,” Covington wrote.

Colby Covington became the first UFC champion to visit the White House and meet with President Trump. Covington’s relationship with Trump has even influenced his actions within his career. He cited their close connection as an inspiration to demand higher pay from the UFC. After one of his UFC wins, Covington received a congratulatory phone call from Trump,  indicating a close and supportive bond between the two individuals.
