Irish superstar Conor McGregor and the president of the UFC Dana White are known to be good friends. The two can often be witnessed in a playful tiff on interviews and talk shows. In the biggest exhibition fight involving McGregor going against Floyd Mayweather, the whole journey was documented. Widely regarded as the biggest event in combat sports history, the bout made numbers.
Recently, a video surfaced of Conor McGregor and Dana White laughing at Floyd Mayweather. The 46-year-old is often named in the headlines on a tax evasion case. The Irish superstar was witnessed joking about the fact alongside White. They also revealed Floyd’s private jets to be a prime reason for the alleged tax problems.
The Mayweather vs McGregor world tour started off in Los Angeles. As soon as Conor landed through his private jet, he met Dana White and both started ribbing Floyd around. “Did Floyd not take out his own jets,” asked the Irishman. White answered, “Floyd’s got three. Floyd’s got the money we got and two others.” ‘The Notorious’ quickly interrupted him and said, “You know what else he’s got? Tax problems.” Both quickly burst out laughing at the hilarious comment.
In 2018, Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather reportedly fail to pay his taxes. According to multiple sources, the fighter lost $40 million on betting. This prompted Conor McGregor and Dana White to point and laugh at the 46-year-old, who was always scrutinized due to his tax evasion controversies.

Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor is the biggest exhibition bout of all time. Both fighters were engaged in a heated back-and-forth prior to the fight negotiations. ‘Money’ said in an interview that he would ‘slap’ ‘The Notorious’ if they come across in the street. This statement enraged Dana White. In an interview with TMZ, the president of the UFC ripped into the boxer for his comments.
“His [Floyd Mayweather] hands are like peanut brittle,” said Dana White. “Floyd better hope he doesn’t run into Conor on the street. Not only will Conor kick his a**, he’ll kick the s*** out of every one of his security guards too. I would love to be there when Floyd tries to slap Conor McGregor.” The president of the UFC pointed to the camera and said, “I promise you, Floyd, you will never try to walk up and slap Conor McGregor and you know it too.“
At the time of the interview, Dana White revealed that the fight was impossible. However, a few months later, the negotiations came by and Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor became the biggest event in combat sports history.
