“McGregor flies” – Conor McGregor is “Honored” by Teofimo Lopez training with the Irishman’s workout routine

Conor McGregor acknowledges Teofimo Lopez on Twitter. Lopez is on his way to face Jose Pedraza at Madison square garden on December 10. He would return to the ring following his victory over Pedro Campa in August for the WBO International Super Light and the North American Boxing Federation Super Light belts. The 25-year-old boxer is working hard ahead of his fight. In one of his recent workout sessions, he was seen doing the ‘Mcgregor flies’.
These flies were a special workout that Conor McGregor incorporated into his workout routines. Lopez took to Twitter to post a video of him trying the special workout. In the video, he said, “So, I try out the McGregor flies. You don’t know about the McGregor flies? Ya’ll don’t know about the McGregor flies? I mean you should know about the McGregor flies.”
Conor McGregor seems to have felt honored that the boxer was trying his self-made workout. The Notorious One retweeted the video writing, “Honored, champion! #steelcore”
The Irishman is currently training to make his most awaited return to the Octagon. McGregor’s last appearance inside the Octagon was against Dustin Poirier which he lost after succumbing to an injury to his leg.

Conor McGregor is grinding hard to make his comeback to the Octagon
Conor McGregor is very close to making his return to UFC. After recovering from his leg injury that he acquired at UFC 264, the Irishman is seen training to make his return to Octagon. Recently, McGregor posted a video of him practicing some wrestling on his Instagram. The Irishman is well known for his striking prowess, but he showed off some excellent grappling ability in the video.
In the video, McGregor can be seen training with 3 fighters one after another to improve his skills. McGregor wrote, “Sh*t hot everywhere. The real goat. There’s not a place I’m not great. Some of your goats can’t even kick. Watch my wrist work here. At some points you see my opponent has the illusion of the control of my wrist but I use this silliness to open doors with it..”
Conor McGregor appears to have put on weight, making it unclear which weight class he will compete in. While competitors like Michael Chandler are ready to battle upon his return. Big stars like Kamaru Usman, Colby Covington, Khamzat Chimaev, and Belal Muhammad are also present in the UFC’s welterweight divisions.
