Conor McGregor reveals when he will return to the octagon
Recently, the Notorious One went live on his Instagram from his shooting spot of the upcoming movie Roadhouse. In Instagram live, the fighter was open to questions and revealed what his current weight was and also revealed when the fans could possibly see the Notorious One back in the UFC octagon.
“I’m gonna be back soon. I’m gonna be back soon hopefully. Early 2023. Sometime in the first quarter,” said the Notorious One in his Instagram live. The fighter however is now out of the USADA testing pool which means he would have to be present for at least 6 months of testing before he gets the check to fight again.
McGregor’s last fight was at UFC 264 back in July of 2021. The Irishman has not had the best of times inside the octagon, going 1-3 in the last three years. It would be interesting to see at which weight the Irishman makes his return given his bulk up since his last fight.
