“Not a nice app”- Conor McGregor rages against Twitter following his recent rant against Tony Ferguson
Conor McGregor was upset over his treatment of Tony Ferguson, but not for very long
Conor McGregor was the first to rejoice after Tony Ferguson was brutally knocked out cold by Michael Chandler at UFC 274. He was also the first and very few to kick Tony while he’s down via a lengthy Twitter rant. Conor showed no remorse in brutally assessing his former Paradigm Sports co-worker before and after fight week UFC 274.
Today in what can only be assumed as a late-night introspection session, McGregor took to Twitter and blamed the app for the attacks on Tony Ferguson. In a now-deleted tweet, Conor expressed that he was upset over the way he raged against Ferguson in the past weeks and attributed the nature of Twitter to be the reason for said outbursts.
While Tony Ferguson has also been on a twitter-rampage since his loss to Chandler he has held no ill will towards Chandler and only attacked fans who point out that he should retire, Conor McGregor was the stark opposite accusing Tony of burning all his bridges including ties with his management company. The deleted tweet read,“I’m upset I went at Tony like that. Out Straight. WTF team, this is not a nice app nor does it encourage nice behavior towards each other.” fending off blame from himself in classic McGregor fashion.
Conor McGregor has a suggestion for Elon Musk and fans harassing Tony Ferguson
Conor McGregor then had some advice for Elon Musk who is looking to acquire the social media giant. He said, “43bn man pull that and say “sike” who give a f**k really? No One.” suggesting the tech billionaire to back out of the proposed deal while hinting that it was all a joke. The last few sentences of the tweet possibly refer to Conor moving back from the real world to his world of luxury and being away from worries while asking people to leave Tony Ferguson to be himself. It read, “Dip to a dip on the ship. The carry the toys ship. Leave a beast a beast”
The carry the toys ship probably refers to his latest purchase of the $3.6 Million Lamborghini Yacht that also houses a Lamborghini Jet ski. McGregor has been seen sailing along the coast of Cannes for the past few weeks in his latest luxury purchase.
