Conor McGregor recently took to Instagram, proudly displaying his grappling skills. The former UFC champion engaged in a captivating grappling session, demonstrating his prowess. Notably, he achieved the esteemed black belt status in Brazilian jiu-jitsu not long ago. Alongside his Instagram post, McGregor shared a motivating message instructing mental fortitude.

This significant black belt achievement in BJJ has naturally led to conversations about his comeback. McGregor revealed on social media that he had earned the prestigious black belt. McGregor’s coach, John Kavanagh, of SBG Ireland, awarded him the achievement after an impressive two decades of unwavering dedication to the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

He became famous for his guidance over the years and drew attention to the sunny side of recognition that all stemmed from that very gym.

Will Conor McGregor be back in the UFC before the end of this year?

UFC CEO Dana White shared a video unveiling the co-main event for UFC 295, scheduled for November. Conor McGregor’s name was noticeably absent from the declared events. Daniel Cormier explained on his YouTube channel how being alive was hurting us.

Cormier revealed that there is really no base amount of tests that you have to take in order to be eligible, Cormier said. Conor McGregor initially planned to make his UFC comeback in December 2023 against Michael Chandler. However, there may have been some delays or uncertainties surrounding this date.

Critics have put 2024 as the nearest date that Conor would be able to make his highly anticipated comeback. However, according to the caveat explained by Daniel Cormier, McGregor could make his comeback under an exceptional case. Therefore, will Conor McGregor be allowed to fight under exception? Or would he rather fight under regular rules undergoing reenlistment in the USADA? Only time will tell.
