Middleweight fighter Sean Strickland is quite a controversial figure. The California native is renowned for his trash-talking and making statements that can potentially get him into serious trouble. A recent clipping of his unreleased interview with MMA influencer Nina-Marie Daniele shows Strickland making another controversial joke.

In the video clip, Strickland said he only does these interviews with Daniele because “she has 1.3M followers on Instagram, and she’s got her t**ties hang out“. The 185-pound fighter further stated that he is being straightforward and admitted, “I have no shame.”

Daniele seemed to have taken the statement lightly and considered it a playful joke. Strickland has discussed his tendency to say offensive things in public. But the fighter also stated later that he now believes he can be a little more free with his choice of words. The fighter claims that Dana White cannot simply kick him out of the UFC since he now has a fan base, and people want to see him fight.

Daniele’s full interview with Sean Strickland is yet to be uploaded on her YouTube channel, but based on this brief clip, it promises to be an entertaining one.

Sean Strickland won on the judges’ scorecards in his last fight, defeating Nassourdine Imavov by unanimous decision. The emphatic win was a huge relief for the fighter and his team after two-straight UFC defeats.

Strickland is set to step foot in the octagon once again for his clash against Abus Magomedov in a UFC Fight Night headliner. Regardless of the crucial bout in the pipeline, the fighter was seen sparring with a random stranger.

In a video Strickland shared on Instagram, the fighter said he met a fan named Johnny shadowboxing on the street. This led him to invite the fan into the gym for a sparring session. Johnny highlighted he has a ‘little bit’ of fighting experience, which was evident once they started sparring. However, it was Strickland who had the upper hand.

The fan demonstrated his fighting abilities by unleashing a range of strikes. Strickland, on the other hand, stood his ground before exploding with a torrent of punches. Johnny tried everything he could to protect himself from the fighter’s strikes. However, he was dropped to the ground with an overhand right and then again by a follow-up left punch once he stood up.

Regardless, Johnny had done enough to earn the respect of the UFC fighter who touched gloves with him.
