A boss may not keep his workers happy all the time. The UFC president Dana White knows how to bring one of the most satisfying services to the MMA world. Dana White and his team do a great job when an emerging starfighter gets injured. The same goes for the fighter on an extended vacation, which can tip the balance of the MMA roster schedule.

For Dana White, the problem is not just inside the business but also outside. Some people are unaware of what is happening inside the UFC, especially between the fighters. Social media plays a huge part, where the usage of drama brings attention to the audience, impacting the boss and his team’s relationship. An MMA media outlet recently produced a drama about Dana White and Khamzat Chimaev.

The MMA community is waiting for the comeback of Khamzat Chimaev, who has not fought since last year. Nevertheless, take this as a small margin of error: White learned about unverified news spread across social media. Being unhappy with the social media post, Dana posted about it. White kept one slide with a screenshot where the post said, “Midnight Mania! Khamzat Chimaev unfollows Dana White, UFC matchmakers, and Darren Till amidst troubles booking a fight.

In reply, the 53-year-old captioned the post with “This is the media.” I could literally do this every day with almost every story that’s written. Everything these people write is total and absolute bulls**t.” White justifies in another screenshot that the boss and Khamzat Chimaev are all on good terms.

Khamzat Chimaev has been absent from the octagon since September 2022. He fought against Kevin Holland at UFC 279 where he beat him by submission in the first round. The UFC boss claimed that Chimaev was not in touch due to personal issues, which the latter denied. The media saw this in a different light and tried to paint it in a malicious way.

In one of the tweets while replying to his boss, Khamzat said, “I have no problems with fights, if they gave me a fight, I would have fought a long time ago, I did so many training camps and not one fight, the problem is definitely not with me, prepared in Dubai then to Thailand, why do I train so much if there is no fight, I don’t understand.”

Since White’s latest Instagram post denied the fake news, rumors about Kamaru Usman fighting Khamzat can happen. Usman directly approached the UFC boss in the cabin to fight against Chimaev. Kamaru Usman wants to regain the title he lost to Leon Edwards at UFC 278. A victory over Chimaev can guarantee him another title shot.
