During his conversation with Piers Morgan, Dana White revealed who he would pick to save his life in a dire situation. Dana White paid tribute to the great Muhammad Ali. The UFC CEO recognized him as an extraordinary fighter and a remarkable human being. Nevertheless, he subtly redirected the conversation towards Jon Jones. White depicted Jones as the unrivaled powerhouse in the fighting arena.
Dana White pointed out that Jon Jones was a key figure within the UFC and stands tall as an undefeated warrior. Jones has a spectacular record and has never tasted defeat in a one-on-one fight. Dana argued that if two combatants were locked in a room, Jon Jones had the skills to always walk out of the room as the victor. “…when you talk about who the baddest man on the planet is?… That’s the baddest man on the planet. And it is hard to not say that Jon Jones is that guy right now,” Dana White said.
Upon digesting White’s assertion, Piers Morgan promptly disclosed his choice for a life-or-death showdown. Piers stated that he would opt for Mike Tyson if he had to select someone to fight for his life. But Piers made a clear distinction and said he meant Tyson in his prime before his prison stint.
Dana retorted Piers’ claim. He brought out the point that Mike Tyson was simply a boxer and did not possess grappling skills. Dana White and Mike Tyson share a close friendship, and Dana made it abundantly clear that he was a big fan of the legendary boxer. But he argued that in the real essence of combat, no one parallels the capabilities of Jon Jones.
Dana White spoke about Conor McGregor in Piers Morgan interview

Dana White shared his insights into how Conor McGregor‘s financial success has influenced his motivation and dedication to the sport. White remarked that things change once one amasss a certain amount of wealth. Dana pointed out that Conor’s intense hunger and unyielding drive have definitely taken a hit.
White’s perspective on McGregor’s changing mindset resonates with the observations of many fans and experts. While the MMA community eagerly awaits McGregor’s return to the octagon, one thing is clear: the Conor McGregor we once knew is now navigating a different chapter in his illustrious career.
