UFC CEO Dana White disregarded health at one point, which caused him physical peril. Renowned CEO of 10X Health Systems, Gary Brecka, helped the UFC CEO change his lifestyle and life expectancy entirely. Though many appreciated Brecka for helping White, veteran fighter Matt Brown had harsh words for the biologist.

Due to high blood pressure and extensive hypertension, White suffered many physical health problems. Brecka told White that he had around ten years more before dying. This motivated White and turned his life around. However, Brown called Brecka a ‘fraudster’ and a ‘grifter.’

On The JRE MMA Show #2060 with Joe Rogan, Brecka said that Dana Whtie suffered from “high levels of homocysteine,” which caused vascular narrowing and slowed him down significantly. However, his biohacking protocol significantly improved his condition. Despite the positive impact, Matt Brown refuses to credit Brecka.

The ‘biohacking protocol’ of Brecka includes PEMF therapy, Red Light therapy, and much more. Moreover, Dana White started water fasting under the guidance of Brecka. This protocol is not cost-effective. As such, Brown believed Brecka sold an idea of recovery to his patients in the hope of changing their life around. Hence, Brown called him a fraudster in the health/nutrition industry.

Dana White had several health conditions throughout his life. In recent years, White appears to be in the best shape of his life. He credited Brecka for turning his life around. In recent times, Brecka has become a well-known name in the health/nutrition industry. He made an appearance alongside Dana White on Piers Morgan Uncensored. Further, he went on The Joe Rogan Experience as well.

UFC veteran Matt Brown made a controversial claim about 10X Health Systems and Gary Brecka. He believed Brecka continued to use White’s recovery as a tactic to promote his company. This was a serious accusation from Brown as he became the first UFC fighter to openly criticize the health expert. 

People confuse health and medicine. They are not the same. He’s referring to MD’s specifically here I’m sure. That said this Gary Brecka guy is using dana to promote his shit and for the love of god do not listen to Brecka he is a 100% grifter.

Dana White nor Gary Brecka has not responded to the comments from Brown. The UFC CEO might turn a blind eye but the same cannot be said for Brecka. Brown made serious accusations and might have damaged the credibility of Brecka as a health expert. As such, it remains to be seen how Brecka responds to the accusations.
