So, hair is growing in and got on steroids, so I couldn’t come back even if I wanted to right now.” Cerrone was joking about the steroid part. The Cowboy lifestyle abstains from steroids.

Cowboy had one of the most decorated careers in the UFC. He is top 3 among most appearances as a fighter and has the most wins in the UFC. However, he holds one record in the UFC and remains undisputed No.1 in that statistics.

Cerrone has the most knockdowns secured in the entire UFC. He has 20 knockdowns throughout his UFC career. Anderson Silva is next on the list with 18. The only active fighters on the list are Dustin Poirier, and Conor McGregor tied for 10th place with 13 knockdowns.

Cerrone’s record looks unbreakable at the moment. It will take a lot of activity from McGregor and Poirier to break that record. Cerrone was inducted into the Hall of Fame at UFC On ESPN 43 for his illustrious career.
