Drew Dober went one on one with Bobby Green at UFC Vegas 66. Bobby Green was coming into the fight after losing to Islam Makahachev on his last outing while his opponent Drew Dober was coming after two back-to-back knockout victories to his name.

In the first round, Dober took the center stage while Green circled around the Octagon. Dober was repelled by Green’s superb boxing skills, which included amazing counterpunches. At the end of the round, kicks were very common and frequently worked to Green’s advantage.

Round 2 saw Green continuing his exhibition, which included some hands-up taunting in both brief and extended forms. Dober delivered a fantastic spinning back fist. But, Green resumed his attack shortly after. At the 2:45 mark of the second round, Dober’s vicious left hand missed, but a subsequent one did connect and just one was needed to send Green crumbling to the floor.

This emphatic victory has now earned Dobber 3 knockout wins in a row and he has now the joint record for most knockouts (8) in the lightweight division. As for Bobby Green who has now lost consecutive fight need to come back stronger and recover from this loss.
