Endeavor, the parent company to the UFC has just announced that they have finalized the purchase of WWE. In what could only be described as a game-changer move, UFC and WWE will be merged into a new publicly traded company. With this deal, the new company’s valuation will be put at a whopping 21.4 billion dollars. While everyone is shaken after hearing this news, fans of the two organisations seem to be announcing their own fantasy matchups.
The new company, which does not have a name yet will be led by Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel. Vince McMahon will be the new Co Exec Chairman, while Nick Khan assumes the presidency at WWE. Dana White will continue being the UFC president. The global combined reach for this company will be over a billion users. While constant updates regarding this merger are still arriving, fans have flooded social media platforms with a barrage of memes.

The cat is out of the bag. On Monday Endeavor, the parent company to the UFC announced that they will be reportedly acquiring WWE. As part of the agreement, Endeavor will establish a brand-new, publicly traded business that will manage both the UFC and WWE. WWE shareholders would keep 49% of the new firm while Endeavor/UFC would own 51%. The focus of the new company will be, to maximize the value of combined media rights. They plan to enhance sponsorship monetization, develop new forms of content and pursue other strategic mergers and acquisitions to further catapult their brands.
