Nickal is 5-0 in professional MMA with a 2-0 record in the UFC. He finished both his fights in the UFC in the first round. Nickal is also one of the most accomplished collegiate wrestlers. However, he finished his opponent via TKO in his latest fight at UFC 290. In a recent appearance on Joe Rogan Experience, Nickal said that he had only been striking for one and half years, much to the shock of Joe Rogan.
Now, fans are even more surprised by the betting odds for his upcoming fight with Brundage. Popular betting website DraftKings has Nickal as a –1450 favorite for the fight, whereas Brundage is a +750 underdog. Interestingly, Nickal was a massive -2500 favorite for his fight against Val Woodburn at UFC 290.
