Former UFC fighter Alistair Overeem was one of the few fighters with a superhuman build. Fans and fighters were in awe of Overeem’s frame, but unfortunately, USADA stepped into the picture. Although Alistair lost a bit of his muscle mass after the organization started testing for illegal substances, he had decent muscle mass. However, his recent physique has left fans in utter disbelief.

Alistair Overeem is one of UFC’s fighters that was quite famous for his jacked physique. However, his appearance lost its shine after the USADA came into the picture. Due to the lack of steroids, Overeem looked like any other heavyweight fighter and had a decent fighting career in the UFC. After his release from UFC in 2021, Alistair Overeem found his way back to mixed martial arts through Glory kickboxing.

Overeem was back on his horse meat and PED diet and retained his previous figure. The changes in his body after his release from the UFC were so drastic that many thought Overeem had found the fountain of youth. He fought one of the greatest kickboxers Badr Hari during his kickboxing bout and won via unanimous decision. However, the win was turned into a no-contest as Overeem tested positive for the use of illegal substances. He was handed a 12-month suspension and removed from the rankings.

After getting suspended for a year, a new image of Overeem talking with a person has resurfaced. Alistair looks like he lost a lot of weight and is ready to fight in a lower-weight class. The skinny version of Overeem has generated a mixed response from his fans. People are shocked and worried about Overeem after seeing the drastic change in size.

Fans concerned with Alistair Overeem’s drastic weight loss

Former UFC heavyweight fighter Alistair Overeem has shocked his fans with his latest physique. Overeem, who was once considered to have one of the craziest frames, has considerably slimmed down after his suspension. Fans are completely shocked after watching Alistair in a new light. The drastic change in physique since his last fight has gained mixed responses from his fans as they take to Twitter.

Before his suspension from Glory, he was also suspended for high levels of testosterone by NSAC. After looking at a skinny Overeem, fans suspect, Overeem has stopped abusing steroids. Many even troll the fighter for the lack of horse meat in his diet.” He ate all the horses in the Netherlands. No more horse meat available so he is basically back to normal,” posted one user.

While a lot of users troll Overeem for not abusing steroids, some are concerned for his health.“Let’s not make fun of him, we have seen this with Chadwick and other people. Dude could be sick you never know what someone’s going through,” posted a concerned user.

After his suspension from Glory kickboxing, Alistair Overeem was removed from the organization’s rankings. His victory over Badr Hari has been turned into a no-contest and he has to return part of his wages to the promotion.
