Tom Aspinall is one of the new-age MMA heavyweights. Standing at 6’6″ and weighing close to 260lbs, the Britsh champion is extremely agile. It was his quickness that got him the victory over Sergei Pavlovich. In addition to his quickness, Aspinall has a well-rounded skill set.

Moreover, the average height of a Defensive End is between 6’3″ and 6’8″, making Aspinall an ideal candidate.

Aspinall last fought at UFC 295 in MSG. His victory over Pavlovich made him the interim heavyweight champion of the UFC. Post victory, he called for the UFC to strip Jon Jones of the undisputed title. However, the UFC is hell-bent on making Jon Jones vs. Stipe Miocic fight on Jones’s return. Moreover, Aspinall recently came under fire due to an ‘NSFW’ question in an interview with Nina Marie Daniel.
