The UFC‘s actions have been called out by their former heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou. In a recent episode of the UFC 294 Embedded series, fans were quick to notice something unusual. UFC 294 contender Kamaru Usman‘s green T-shirt had been mysteriously censored.

Adding a layer of intrigue to the situation, Ngannou himself took to social media. This is what he had to say:

Usman wore a T-shirt from Ngannou’s merchandise. In recent times, the UFC has resorted to attacking the legacy of Ngannou. He then tagged a page called Roots of Fight and received an interesting response from them. It was confirmed that the clothing page was that of the company that provided Francis Ngannou merchandise. One of his merch was the green T-shirt identical to the one Usman sported. In fact, they even shared a photo of Ngannou proudly modeling the very same shirt, bearing his name and place of birth alongside a set of boxing gloves.

Kanaru Usman, meanwhile, is gearing up for a middleweight bout against Khamzat Chimaev in Abu Dhabi. However, the spotlight has shifted from his upcoming fight to his choice of attire, prompting questions about why the UFC felt the need to censor a seemingly harmless T-shirt. The only plausible explanation that arises is Ngannou’s departure from the MMA’s leading promotion earlier this year.

Daniel Cormier has expressed his disappointment and strong words about Tyson Fury. The former UFC champion found Tyson Fury incredibly disrespectful. The source of this turmoil? Tyson Fury’s decision to book another fight just months after his scheduled bout with Francis Ngannou.

Tyson Fury recently announced his intention to enter the ring against Oleksandr Usyk, possibly as early as December. This decision left Cormier shaking his head, and he didn’t hold back in expressing his feelings.

Cormier later said that he hoped Francis knocked his head off. Daniel Cormier said this on the “DC & RC.” By scheduling a fight just two months after taking on Francis Ngannou, Fury appears to be implying that Francis Ngannou will be an easy fight for him. This did not sit well with Cormier, who saw it as a clear lack of respect. As the days tick down this October, the world will be watching to see whether Fury can back up his bold claims and if Ngannou can live up to his nickname and truly be the predator in the ring.
