Burns offers his prediction for Michael Chandler vs Tony Ferguson! UFC is ready for its fifth pay-per-view of the year and it will return to Arizona for UFC 274 and will feature two title bouts on Saturday.
In the main event, Charles Oliveira is all set to defend his lightweight title against Justin Gaethje and the co-main event will see women’s strawweight titleholder Rose Namajunas meet top contender Carla Esparza.
Along with the title bouts, Tony Ferguson will also take on former Bellator champion Michael Chandler in an important lightweight fight. Many more fighters like Donald Cerrone vs Joe Lauzon and Rose Namajunas vs Carla Esparza are also on the Main Card.
The female duo fought against each other over 8 years ago in the finale on TUF season 20. In their first fight, Carla Esparza was able to submit Rose Namajunas and became the first-ever Strawweight champion.

In its latest episode, Welterweight fighter Gilbert Burns was seen training along with lightweight fighter Michael Chandler in his training camp.
According to Gilbert, Chandler is like his brother and he is someone Burns looks up to. Gilbert said, “I think it’s a crazy fight for sure. Chandler is one of my brothers here guys that I like and I look up very much.” Gilbert also mentioned how amazing this fight is going to be the “fight of the year.”
He said, “Ferguson is a must-watch guy. You know he’s going to come crazy, so does Michael, but I’m a little jealous because I just got a kind of 20-day fight of the year and he might take that away from me.”

As UFC 274 is approaching, every fighter is ready to bring the action into the octagon and Michael Chandler is also ready to face his new opponent, Tony Ferguson, on Saturday. Both the fighters lost their last 2 fights and are desperately looking for a win.
Michael Chandler lost his last two fights against Charles Oliveira, and Justin Gaethje, and Tony has lost his last two fights against Beneil Dariush and Charles Oliveira.
Ahead of his fight on Saturday, Michael chandler had an interview with Yahoo sports where the fighter explained that earning as much money as he can and capturing UFC gold are his most important goals in the UFC.
Talking with Yahoo! Sports Michael Chandler said “Of course, I think the money is always the number one, most important thing because that’s how I actually feed my sons. That’s how I take care of my wife and serve my wife in the way that we can live the life that I never dreamed of or never imagined I’d be able to.”
The UFC star also said THAT when he’s inside the octagon, he goes into autopilot mode, fights in a high-risk fan-friendly style, and engages in bloody battles with his opponents. Micheal said: “Although I do fight in a fan-friendly fashion, that is not the most important thing; until I get in there because that guy can’t be trusted.”
