Last week USADA issued a statement declaring the termination of the UFC-USADA partnership, effective from January of 2024. Coincidentally, the announcement coincided with Conor McGregor’s return to the drug-testing pool after months of uncertainty about his status.

However, Dana White, the UFC CEO, has expressed his dissatisfaction with how the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency handled the announcement of their separation from the UFC. In response, White, spoke on “The Pat McAfee Show,” criticizing the way the news was presented. The UFC CEO said that the news was not an announcement but rather a dirty move by USADA.
