Israel Adesanya recently shared a new episode of his UFC 276 fight champ and he was seen training hard along with his teammates at City Kickboxing, New Zealand. Israel belongs to the same team as UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski and both fighters were seen cooking together recently. Adesanya shared his training routine and was seen having some fun with his teammates.
Israel Adesanya will face Jared Cannonier at UFC 276 to defend his middleweight title and this will be his 5th title defence after winning the belt against Robert Whittaker at UFC 243. Israel is one of the top MMA fighter in the UFC and he is known for his amazing skills inside the octagon. Adesanya is a former kickboxing champion, and he knows how to excite fans when he is inside the octagon.
In the new episode shared by Adesanya, he was seen training hard and working on his grappling skills, along with his cardio. Adesanya is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and he practiced his grappling skills with his coaches at CKB. After the practice, Israel had some fun with his teammates at CKB. Israel met Dan Hooker as he went fishing on a yacht along with his teammates. Dan also belongs to the CKB, and both fighters enjoyed fishing before returning to the shore after catching some fishes.
“Jared is a serious threat”- Israel Adesanya’s coach shares training details ahead of UFC 276
Israel Adesanya returns to the octagon on July 3 as he faces Jared Cannonier at the main event of UFC 276. While fans and bookies may have Adesanya as a heavy favorite, his team is not taking Jared lightly and has been working hard along with Israel to overcome the obstacle that Jared brings.
Talking about the upcoming fight, Israel’s coach, Andrei Paulet, shared his thoughts on their preparation. He revealed Jared might be a serious threat to Israel at UFC 276 and Israel has been pushing himself to work hard and become better for the fight on July 3rd. In the recent episode of the training camp, Adesanya was seen working hard on his cardio and his grappling. Israel also practiced his striking with his coach.

Andrei said: “Israel is taking this fight very seriously because we know Jared is a serious threat. Jared has been fighting the best of the best for the last few years and we’re not taking him lightly. Israel’s got a lot of skills, he’s got a lot of tools. And just for this fight specifically, you have to pull some of his tools out again and I think we are ready to go and get the job done.”
