Israel Adesanya gets accused of using steroids ahead of UFC 281
No amount of USADA clearances will relieve Israel Adesanya from the steroid allegations. Fans have once again pointed out the “abnormal” shape of Adesanya’s chest that has been the “evidence” behind his accusations of steroid use.
Israel Adesanya will be heading into UFC 281 to fight his kickboxing nemesis, Alex Pereira at the Madison Square Garden in New York City next weekend. The taunts from his Brazilian rival aren’t the only thing that Adesanya will have to deal with leading up to this super fight.
The middleweight fighter has yet again been accused of having gynecomastia, which occurs in the nipple region of the chest when one is under the influence of steroids. This time the fans also have started taking digs at the champ’s six-pack abs which allegedly look like that of a steroid user.
“The Last Stylebender” has been accused of steroid use several times in the past pointing to the irregular shape in his chest but the fighter has denied any use every single time. However, the recent picture that surfaced of the champion, flexing with his fellow fighters from City Kickboxing has yet again birthed trolls and allegations.

In the recent picture, Adesanya is seen flexing with Dan Hooker, and Carlos Ulberg, who will also be fighting on the same card as Izzy at UFC 281. The champ’s chest that looked very much like “gyno” was mentioned by most of the fans in the comments. Izzy has also been awarded the 50-clean tests USADA jacket but that seems to be doing him no favors among the fans.
