Jake Paul mounts a fiery attack on Conor McGregor
Jake Paul mocks Conor McGregor for being inactive and giving flop performances in his last few fights. The internet rivalry between Paul and McGregor has been around for a long time now. It all started when Paul beat Tyron Woodley and called out UFC fighters such as McGregor, Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal. Since then both Paul and McGregor have exchanged many insults online.
Recently, Paul was invited to the MMA Hour show hosted by popular reporter, Ariel Helwani. Dudin the conversation, Paul revealed that when McGregor decides to come back, there is a high possibility of their match taking place.
These comments were not taken nicely by McGregor as the Irishman replied back to Paul through a few tweets. In the tweets, McGregor claimed that Paul’s fights didn’t make enough pay-per-views. The former UFC double champion called Paul a flop and a ‘nobody’.
Jake Paul official response to Conor McGregor Tweets
Paul as expected wasn’t just going to sit around and take the insult from McGregor. The boxer took to Twitter to share his response through a video in which he absolutely roasted the Notorious.
In the video Paul talked about how McGregor has been out for so long and his bad performances in the last fights. Paul also corrected the Pay-per-view buys stat that McGregor gave in his tweet. Along with that, Paul also shared a viral clip of McGregor with a girl who Paul mentioned as a hooker. In the end,Paul suggested McGregor to fully recover, take the fight and make money together.
” The facts are the facts. Conor should have learned from his boss Dana White that I’m not the one to play with it. Dana been hiding from me since last year, ” wrote Paul on his official Twitter handle.
” You are more actively cheating on your wife than you are in the octagon. Your priorities are mixed up….you are sharing hookers with Dana White.” Said Jake Paul in the video.
This whole scenario with Paul and McGregor is getting more and more personal and both the superstars are not willing to stop. McGregor has shown signs of recovery and has shared clips of him training for his comeback. However, the fighter has not revealed anything about the dates and his next potential opponent.
