‘They want to ban guns’- Jake Shields compares deaths by gun violence to that with COVID-19 vaccines
Jake Shields on Gun Violence and Vaccines
Jake Sheilds is a very opinionated person, especially on contemporary matters. Recently he made a comparison between deaths caused by the covid vaccine and people killed via gun violence. Regardless of how people feel about gun regulations, it is clear that reform is required to prevent any sort of violence caused by abnormalities in the system for providing citizens with firearms.
The conversation of Gun reforms has sparked again as recently, there was a mass shooting at a Texas elementary school that left 19 children and two adults dead, adding to the country’s long litany of mass murders. According to officials, the attacker opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, where children aged seven to ten are educated, before being shot and killed by police.
The 18-year-old suspect was claimed to have a handgun, an AR-15 semi-automatic weapon, and high-capacity magazines, according to investigators. The boy is suspected of shooting his grandmother before embarking on the rampage. According to local media, he may have been a high school student in the area.
“Interesting”- Jake Shields shares a meme on Twitter inferring that Gun laws need not be changed
Recently, Jake took to Twitter to share a meme that indicated that deaths caused by Covid vaccines are far greater than people getting killed by riffles. Here’s the said tweet. He further replied to his threat and added, “Yet they want to ban one and force you to take the other”
People who had received two COVID-19 immunizations had a decreased risk of death than those who had gotten one or no vaccination. However, there has been some misinformation about how many individuals have died as a result of an adverse reaction to one of the vaccines. The comparison is a bit absurd as some might suggest the intent behind the two is completely different but it’s Jake’s opinion and he is entitled to it.
