Jeremy Stephens, a former featherweight fighter for the UFC, was recently questioned about a fictional character he can identify with. The 36-year-old claimed that more than anything else, he feels like a serial killer.
Recently Jeremy appeared in an interview with MMAjunkie. Stephens claims to experience “urges” akin to serial killers Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer. Stephens admits to having comparable violent inclinations to defeat his opponents, even if he is not celebrating their horrible actions.
Speaking on the show Jeremy Stephens said, “I’m probably more of, like, a serial killer than anything. Yeah, Dexter, that sounds good. Like, I’ve got that thirst, those urges. Like a Dahmer, a Bundy. I’m not highlighting these guys, like what they did was sick… That might sound a little bit weird, but there’s something about that adrenaline, that feeling, that power. It’s a blood-quenching thirst that I need.”
The 36-year-old has recently signed with the Professional Fighter League after spending 15 years with UFC. During his time in the UFC, he competed in 33 fights winning 15 of them. He also holds the record for most knockdowns in UFC history alongside Anderson Silva.

I’m just inspired by so many people’s lives that he touched and not even people are talking about his fighting…If there’s really somebody out there like that, it’s probably him that I always looked up to.”
