Joe Rogan
Joe Rogan is not unfamiliar with alternative dietary practices, but he is undoubtedly not a fan of veganism. Being a passionate meat eater, Rogan has regularly shown throughout the years his skepticism towards veganism.
Recently discussing with his guest Steve-O on his podcast the Joe Rogan Experience, he outlined some of the major problems with the Vegan diet. They explained how some of these vegan foods were highly processed substances that were very bad for the human body. Exploring alternative diets to replace Veganism Joe said, “There are many many healthy vegetarian choices, especially like some Indian cuisine that’s vegetarian it tastes great, good for you but its just vegetables it’s not that shit mimicking meat”
Rogan also said that the seed oil used in vegan diets are industrial lubricants and should not be consumed by Humans. He further added those foods in high concentration can have several side effects like muscular degeneration and diminishing eyesight. It’s not the first time that he criticized veganism on his podcast.

Joe Rogan shares his experience with the carnivore diet
After speaking with Jordan and Mikhaila Peterson, two ardent proponents of the carnivore diet, Joe Rogan made the decision to experience a wholly carnivorous diet for a few weeks and find out the advantages and disadvantages of such a diet.
Rogan claimed to have more energy after following the diet for two weeks, but he also experienced severe diarrhea. He made it clear that he wasn’t experiencing any sort of Placebo effect and that the results were genuine. However, on the downside, Joe Rogan admitted in an Instagram post that he was constantly worried about pooping in his pants.
He posted on Instagram, “I haven’t shit my pants yet, but I’ve come to accept that if I keep going with this diet it’s just a matter of time before we lose a battle, and I fill my undies like a rainforest mudslide overtaking a mountain road.”
Joe also claimed that following a strictly carnivorous diet also made him more happier and balanced. He further added that losing weight while being on the diet was much easier as it was easier for him to eliminate carbs from his diet while consuming just meat.
