Jorge Masvidal is confident that he could break Jake Paul or Nate Diaz in a boxing match. The former UFC veteran expressed his belief that he would hurt them. Masvidal was a former UFC title challenger. He was completely unimpressed by Jake Paul’s victory over Nate Diaz. Masvidal offered damning criticism, declaring he would hurt both fighters if they were to face him in the ring. In a recent interview with The MMA Hour, Masvidal made bold comments.

That gets my f****** blood pumping...I’d hurt them dudes. Bad. I was there live. I saw it. It’s a different speed. Nate’s seen it. You can ask him. You can ask him about the speed. And if Jake was having trouble, you know what I’d do to Jake?

Jake Paul won the fight against Nate Diaz by unanimous decision. They fought at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas in August. Following the fight, Jake Paul expressed interest in a rematch. However, this time he wanted it in MMA rather than boxing. Jake Paul will make his MMA debut in the Professional Fighters League (PFL). PFL Chairman Donn Davis confirmed that Jake Paul’s MMA debut is expected before the end of 2024.

Jorge Masvidal expressed a desire to enter the boxing ring. He stated his intention to have a boxing match early next year, although the specific opponent remains undecided. Masvidal needs UFC permission even after retirement due to contractual obligations and the unique nature of UFC contracts. When fighters sign with the UFC, they enter into exclusive agreements that extend beyond their active competition period.
