Kamaru Usman seeks redemption in a trilogy against Leon Edwards

It appears that Kamaru Usman and Leon Edwards are getting set for their highly anticipated trilogy match. The Nigerian Nightmare recently teased his trilogy battle with Edwards by posting footage of their encounter from UFC 278 on Twitter.
Both welterweights originally faced off against one another at The Ultimate Fighter Finale in 2015, where ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ prevailed by unanimous decision. The fight’s follow-up occurred after a long seven-year hiatus. Where Usman was the match’s favorite to win. Usman was doing quite well throughout the contest, but he was knocked at the very end.

The president of the company, Dana White assured that the fight will undoubtedly take place as both competitors eagerly await their next contest. Wembley in the UK is where this battle is anticipated to take place. Will “The Nigerian Nightmare” resume his winning ways in the upcoming match? Or will the “Rocky” win out once more?
Leon Edwards has his own terms for the trilogy fight against Kamaru Usman

The trilogy fight will go occur sooner or later, according to Dana White, but Leon Edwards made it plain that if it does, it must happen according to his conditions. He wants the match to take place in a major UK stadium like Wembley or Principality.
Leon got interviewed with Troopz TV where he said, “It’s in Wembley, bro. We’re going back to the sites. I’m not going over [to the U.S.] now. I did my job. I went over to [Usman’s] backyard and took it off him, so now he has to come to my backyard. I’m not going over there again. It’s on my terms now. He has to come over here.”
He added, “They said early next year, March-ish. Early next year over here in the U.K. – the stadium show. I think they’re coming to Wembley because it’s probably cold in March. It might be Cardiff [in Wales].”
