Rampage Jackson almost got kidnapped in Juarez, Mexico. Recalling the story on the JAXXON PODCAST, Jackson said:
I was there with one of my friends, Hector. And we had some event there and me, Tito and couple other fighters was there. And then his sister was supposed to take me to the airport when it was done. But the airport was in El Paso, Texas. So she's supposed to take me to the airport, and he said whatever you do, don't take a taxi.Rampage Jackson via JAXXON Podcast
Jackson waited for thirty minutes but Hector’s sister did not come. So Jackson disregarded his mate’s instructions and hopped on a taxi. The driver inquired about what he was doing there and where he was headed. Jackson told him he wanted to go to the airport.
According to Jackson’s narrative, the driver checked him out to see if he had any jewelry on. Jackson lied to the driver and was super nice to him. The driver took him to the border and dropped him off safely. However, Jackson said that he felt if he had behaved any other way, he would have been robbed or kidnapped in Mexico.
