Megan Anderson’s last MMA fight was in 2021 when she fought the featherweight championship fight with Amanda Nunes. Anderson lost that fight via submission and went into hiatus. The 32-year-old later announced that she has no more interest in fighting in MMA and she also dropped out from her MMA gym, Glory MMA.

However, she recently made the headlines with some serious accusations. The fighter posted a screenshot of her blaming her gym coach, James Krause for the title loss against Nunes. According to Anderson, Krause ignored her and the training camp was inefficient.

She wrote: “When you only received 1 x 30min pad session a week for the entire seven months I was IN camp and received no other individual coaching, no one picking my training partners/rounds or even coaching me through those rounds the entire time when no matter how many times I asked to sit down to talk about a game plan an excuse was always given for it to never happen.”

The former fighter also mentioned how there is such a vast difference in the way Krause trained her and now Brandon Moreno, who won the title fighting from that same gym.

Things didn’t end there as, during a Twitter interaction, the user accused Anderson of wasting her time at Glory MMA and having a sexual relationship with Krause. Anderson gave a shocking reply by bringing UFC reporter Laura Sanko’s name into it.

As the tweets got more attention more and more people started talking about it. UFC flyweight prospect, Jeff Molina who trains at Glory MMA and used to spar with Anderson decided to share his opinion. The fighter shared a screenshot of a long message essentially rejecting all the claims made by Andersen. Molina revealed how the fighter used to injure her sparring partners and acted lazy.

“I was there your entire training camp for Nunes. You sat out 99% of the live rds, you would ask your training partners “jokingly” to let you win the rdyou would intentionally hurt training partners who were new and had an obvious skilgap…Don’t forget how Krause talked you off the ledge before every fight and how complimentary you were of him for changing your career and life” wrote Molina.
