The absolute warrior in Michael Chandler was seen crying after he read his wife’s letter on Valentine’s Day. Chandler, after reading his loving wife’s letter, just couldn’t hold it in anymore and let his waterworks run.
On the day of Valentine’s Day, many couples appreciate their significant half in a way that is unique to them. One such way was Brie Chandler writing a letter to her husband Michael. And according to Michael, if he is about to cry he will laugh first, and if anything is written by his wife on a piece of paper, he would cry.
Chandler’s wife beautifully described how he was setting an example to the world and most importantly, their son. She was thankful for having him as her husband and wouldn’t have it any other way. Michael Chandler just couldn’t hold it in and wrote on his Instagram post,” He made us because He made us perfect for each other”.
It feels wholesome to see when fighters like Michael Chandler get all emotional for their family – a fighter known for absolute bloodbath whenever he fights. He seems to want to lead by example for his son especially and would do everything in his power to beat Conor McGregor – when they meet.
Michael Chandler vs Conor McGregor – It’s Official!
After his win against Tony Ferguson, Michael Chandler called out Conor McGregor. Seems like his wishes have been granted – both of them will see seen coaching their teams on The Ultimate Fighter and then likely fight later this year.
McGregor will be facing off against Chandler, not directly at a fight, but first as a coach in The Ultimate Fighter and then likely fight as welterweight later in the year. Chandler made sure to put it into the universe when he called him out after knocking out Tony Ferguson, in his post-fight interview. With fans excited for Conor’s return and Chandler’s exciting style of fighting, fans are excited about this matchup.
With this fight being Conor McGregor’s return fight, Chandler is highly likely to get a massive paycheck. And as predicted by Michael Chandler, both of these fighters always have a strong first round – which means that their fight’s first round could turn out to be more than just fireworks.
