Michael Chandler is one of those guys you don’t want to mess with. Chandler already gave everyone an example of how powerful he is when he knocked out Tony Fergusson at UFC 274. Chandler was never questioned about his strengths and skills.
Michael “Iron” Chandler has the power to knock out even the biggest eyes. He is considered to be one of the shortest guys in his division, but his size doesn’t match his strength. A ripped physique is one of his attributes when he makes headlines in the UFC. Many people talk about his physique and how he generates so much power with his shorter frame.
Many people are fans of how a fighter trains and want to have a physique like them. But as many sports athletes claim, it is all about diet, and then it is about training. When it comes to clean dieting, you may not require anything fancy or delicious. If a diet is meant to be tasty, then it will be tasty; otherwise you have to eat what you are asked for.

Finally, Michael Chandler’s diet revealed what his fridge and kitchen look like and how he manages to keep his diet on top when competing in the fight and during the off-season. Chandler, before opening his fridge, said to Men’s Health “I always have meat and vegetables in my fridge,” variety of non-veg items and sea foods are always in his fridge.
While pointing out that broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, roasted beets, and spinach are his go-to meals. Michael Chandler revealed his wife plays a big role in making his meal. According to Chandler for any fighter or athlete who is going for the competition, the toughest part is diet. And when he has 1 week left then they have to cut down on all the luxuries. The best part is that meals stay consistent, which becomes boring.
Chandler told “If I work hard in the kitchen—pull the right things out of my refrigerator and the right things in my body—that weight cut is going to be easier and my performance is going to be better. That’s the most important thing,” The protein remains high but he tries to cut down all the sugar which can upset the stomach.
Chandler also revealed that he doesn’t believe in eating a big breakfast. Chandler tries to consume a simple meal that contains scrambled eggs, bacon, and veggies, and with that coconut sriracha concoction, which he calls “Ninja Squirrel,”
For comfort, Michael Chandler loves to eat pizza, and in his protein shakes, he loves to include chocolate powder, frozen fruits, crushed nuts, and spirulina.
