Nate Diaz couldn’t control his laugh after hearing the Nelk Boy’s story about Khabib Nurmagomedov. Diaz went to the FULLSEND PODCAST ahead of his boxing bout with Jake Paul and in that interview, he talked about a lot of things. One of the biggest names that got dropped during the conversation was former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. Diaz slammed Nurmagomedov and mocked the fighter; however, one of the funniest moments was yet to come.

Diaz hilariously mentioned that it’s hard to recognize the names of some of the Russian and Dagestani fighters as their names mostly sound the same. While replying to that, one of the members of the Nelk Boys, Kyle Foregard, shared one story that took place when he visited the UFC Vegas fight card.

He said, “There is a lot of Nurmagomedovs. So it was a Nurmagomedov, so I thought it was a lock for sure. Then he f***** lost and then I found out he wasn’t related to Khabib at all. I was like f”*** this bro, so dumb.”

Foregard attended UFC Fight Night 221, where he witnessed Said Nurmagomedov’s defeat by Jonathan Martinez on the main card. Initially, Foregard mistakenly assumed that Said Nurmagomedov was somehow related to the legendary Khabib Nurmagomedov. However, upon learning the truth that there was no such familial connection, he couldn’t help but feel rather foolish about the mix-up. Diaz laughed uncontrollably after hearing the story, and so did everybody in the room.

Nate Diaz gets trolled by Jake Paul after trying to get a rematch with the YouTuber-turned-boxer

Nate Diaz playfully hinted at a rematch with the popular YouTuber turned boxer, Jake Paul. Paul responded with humor when it was revealed he would be fighting on December 15 against an unnamed opponent, and Diaz created a poster on social media to announce the rematch.

Fight fans as well as X guidelines labeled the rematch poster as a fake. Nonetheless, Jake Paul joined in by suggesting that Nate Diaz would be facing off against Derek from Betr Media.

Derek is a staff member at Betr Media working with Jake Paul and notably had a heated confrontation with Nate Diaz during the lead-up to the Paul vs. Diaz fight.  Derek mocked Diaz and asked if Nick would be ready to fight him in a boxing ring. It seems like despite Diaz’s push, Paul has no interest in fighting the Stockton native in the future at all.
