Paddy Pimblett weighed in at 155 pounds during his last bout, but that number has long since vanished as he currently weighs a staggering 202 pounds, with photographs of his weight gain since UFC London abounding on social media. Following his victory with Kazula Vargas last month, Pimblett embarked on an 11,000-calorie binge, gaining 45 pounds.

The bath and towel approach is used by many UFC competitors, in which Pimblett sits in a bath for roughly 20 minutes and then lays covered in towels for around 15 minutes to shed the last few pounds he has. The lightweight star’s demeanor has grown incredibly popular among fans, who are eager to know what the growing star’s next career steps will be.

TJ Dillashaw out of the blue mentioned the condition of Paddy and asserted the prediction of his career by scrutinizing it. On The Schaub Show, he said, “They can promote him the right way and do all this good stuff, and he’s got some stuff to grow and get into the higher echelons of the UFC, but if you keep that same work ethic that he has now, he’ll never be a champion.”

He further added and detailed his opinion, “You can’t have that downtime like that. You can’t get that fat. You can’t get out of shape. It just kind of proves the dedication to what you need to do. And no, I’m not trying to pound on him or anything, but that’s something I think he’s going to have to figure out with age, right? He’s young. … It’s a full-time job, bro. This isn’t just wanting to be a fighter – you have to be a fighter.”

Hearing upon this, Paddy took to Twitter, his usual ranting platform, and stated the following, “Is this fella messin TJ Dillashaw used to sell tee shirts with his fat face on it  saying “fat Tyler” on when he came out of camp don’t forget ur own past u sausage Cheating little juice head wud never have won a belt without them steroids u f*cking mushroom.”

After a submission win over Rodrigo Vargas in March, Pimblett will return to the octagon on July 23 against Jordan Leavitt at UFC London. This will be his second consecutive fight on home soil.
