UFC contender Renato Moicano is preparing for his upcoming fight at UFC Vegas 85. At the pre-fight press conference, Moicano spoke about the future contender for Islam Makhachev. At the moment, Makhachev has options like Charles Oliveira, Justin Gaethje and Arman Tsarukyan. Here is what happened:

The reporter asked Moicano that if he were a matchmaker, who would he want Islam Makhachev to fight next? Responding to this, Moicano said:

Me personally I would put the winner of Max Holloway and Justin Gaethje. Why? Because the history. I always say that I am a huge fan of Max Holloway. The things that he has accomplished in the sport, the whole model that he is and obviously Gaethje for me was supposed to be the #1 because he beat Dustin with a beautiful knockout. So for me personally, who wins the fight should fight for the belt.

Renato Moicano not happy with fighting at Apex

Many fans have complained about the Apex Arena. They hate it when the UFC holds Fight Nights events there instead of a packed arena elsewhere. Renato Moicano is not a big fan of Apex events. The Brazilian fighter understood why fans hate the Apex. He would rather prefer to fight in a bigger venue.

Moicano is one of the most outspoken fighters on the roster. He does not hesitate to speak his mind. The Brazilian star expressed his dissatisfaction with the UFC Vegas 85 event due to its venue. Most fighters dream of competing in a packed arena or anything better than the Apex crowd. Moicano holds similar sentiment and claims no one liked the Apex. Check out what he said below:

Moicano won his last fight at UFC 281 with via submission in the first round. It will be interesting to see how Moicano fares this February against the knockout expert Drew Dober.
