Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya recently came out to blast his ex-girlfriend on Instagram. He talked about the toxic nature of his ex-girlfriend. Adesanya also dared her to come to get half of his stuff. Sean O’Malley recently came across the news and decided to give his take on the matter.

Sean O’Malley said, “Izzy’s ex-girlfriend wants half of his shit. I don’t know how their relationship was ever. I didn’t know he had a girlfriend or anything. To want half of his shit, to want half of what he has gone out there and done. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Be happy. Izzy give her a thousand bucks. Like, she will be alright.

O’Malley thinks Israel Adesanya should not give her anything more than a thousand bucks. He believes it is unfair of the woman to ask for something Adesanya earned himself. UFC fighters supporting each other is not something new. O’Malley has not fought since his split decision victory over Petr Yan at UFC 280. He will likely fight the winner of the Aljamain Sterling vs Henry Cejuod title fight.

Adesanya is enjoying time away after defeating Alex Pereira at UFC 287. He will likely fight the winner of Dricus Du Plessis vs Robert Whittaker. Dana White recently booked the fight between Du Plessis and Whittaker as a title eliminator. If things go according to plan, then Adesanya will fight before the end of the year.

Raul Rosas Jr is a young prospect in the UFC Bantamweight division. He became the youngest fighter to win a fight in the UFC. However, in his second UFC bout, he lost to Christian Rodrigues by decision. Sean O’Malley has a plan for the young fighter.

He said, “What’s next for him? I think there’s definitely guys in the division that he can go out there and beat. But I don’t even think he needs to go out there and get a win. He needs to go out there and get better. Take two years off, lift, f–king grind. Just don’t fight for a couple of years. Get good. Just improve everywhere, come back at 20 years old.”

Rosas Jr is still very young and has a lot to improve. He got outstruck in his fight with Rodrigues. O’Malley thinks there is room for improvement. He believes that Rosas Jr needs to grind harder to become a better fighter.
