Joe Rogan is not the guy you want to mess with. A poor fellow at the comedy club found this the hard way. Jorge Masvidal, UFC superstar is super impressed with how the UFC legend handled the situation.
Joe Rogan is one of the most loved personalities in the UFC. The commentator has been part of the promotion for two decades and more. He has been nothing but respectful to the fighters and has a very good rapport with some of the biggest stars of the promotion. Jorge Masvidal, a former UFC welterweight title contender is a huge fan of Joe.
In a recent post of his on Facebook, Masvidal shared a story about Joe choking out a “crazy guy” at the comedy club. Joe and a stranger have a heated conversation about border control and things get out of hand when the stranger decides to push the limits with the martial arts practitioner.
Joe almost puts the guy to sleep before he lets him go after a tap from the stranger only moments after being held in a submission. Masvidal shared this story and wrote, “Rule #1 – Never run up on Joe Rogan,” on his Facebook post.

Has Jorge Masvidal ever been on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast?
Masvidal is one of the biggest draws of the sport. The fighter has come up from the bottom and is sitting at the top of the food chain as one of the biggest earners in the sport. Masvidal’s stardom hit its peak when he defeated Darren Till in London in front of a packed O2 Audience, silencing all of them.
Following his win in March 2019, Masvidal went on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast in April of 2019 and had an amazing episode with the UFC commentator. The two discussed the beef with Ben Askren and also the fiery exchange between Masvidal and Leon Edwards back in London.
The official channel of Rogan’s podcast has over 5 clips from the interview with Masvidal and four of them have over a million views. The podcast showed the funny side of the welterweight superstar and both had a blast discussing MMA and other interesting stories about Masvidal’s life.
