While talking about his personal life, Tuivasa opened up about his son and the relationship they share with each other. Tuivasa mentioned that his son who is currently five years old is an energetic and clever kid. According to the Aussie, his son is a lot like him and everything he does is for his kid. He said:
“My son is five years old. He’s full of energy, he’s a smart a** I think that kinda runs in the blood. The nine months before my son was born I signed to the UFC, simply just because I didn’t wanna be a s** dad.”
Tuivasa revealed that he doesn’t think about winning the belts and other things however, it has changed now. He shared an instance where his son asked him to have the UFC heavyweight belt and now ‘Bam Bam‘ wants that as soon as possible.
“I have never been like a belt chaser kinda guy but umm, few weeks ago my son told me that I wasn’t really a good fighter because I don’t have a belt. Now I can’t stop thinking about the belt. Tuivasa does have an impressive win streak behind him and a win against Gane will only increase his momentum further. He might fight for the title next year and fight fans will surely appreciate it a lot.
