Terrance ‘T Wrecks’ McKinney is a lightweight UFC contender. He is very active on social media. At 15-6-0, the mixed martial artist is fresh off a two-win streak. Recently, McKinney commented on Power Slap.
As a rising contender within the combative sports spectrum, McKinney has partaken in many interviews. He went on the Joe Khamou Show to discuss various matters about the combat sports world. He talked in detail about his underdog journey. The fighter was asked about Power Slap. He was given the scenario of having a point-blank slap-scenario with one of the fighters. This is what McKinney replied:
No you are a savage, doing that! You built different. There's no way I am sitting there and let him slap me. I am good.Terrance McKinney via Joe Khamou Show
Power Slap is the brainchild of CEO Dana White. While it has garnered many supporters, some are dead set against it. Nate Diaz, famed for his octagon “Stockton Slap,” opposes it overtly and extensively. Austin Turpin, a.k.a Tuff Daddy Slim, is 4-0 at Power Slap. Recently, a resurfaced photo reiterated the aftermath of Power Slap 5. McKinney reacted to the image in disdain.
McKinney last fought against Brendon Marotte last October. He won with a spectacular round one TKO over the opponent. In the video, McKinney also called out Benoît Saint-Denis next. He had also beefed up rivalries with KSI and Paddy Pimblett as of late.
Terrance McKinney trolls Conor McGregor, pitted against Michael Chandler
A controversial tweet recently landed UFC lightweight Terrance McKinney in dangerous territory amongst fans and peers. The “Notorious” Conor McGregor will make his UFC return very soon. An injury suffered during the bout against Dustin Poirier left him on the sidelines. He underwent surgery and a titanium insertion. McGregor is expected to face Michael Chandler. He and Chandler served as opposing coaches for season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter.
Chandler made multiple callouts to the Irishman. He had even accused McGregor of ducking him several times. As of late, McKinney tweeted a doctored image of the UFC megastar in blackface. The snap was captioned:

This was in the context of Chandler and his wife, Brie, having adopted two African-American babies. While some thought McKinney’s message was funny, many took offense at its contentious nature. Despite recent rumors, McGregor recently affirmed that he “is in” for UFC 300. If it comes to face, he and Chandler get to square off in the epic return sooner rather than later.
