Andrew Tate and Conor McGregor
By August 2016, “The Notorious” Conor McGregor had been the UFC’s biggest cash cow for quite some time. His quick rise to superstardom was helped along generously by Uncle Dana who saw blank checks when he looked at McGregor and his brand of trash-talking, promotional genius. In the octagon, McGregor walked the walk as he beat Eddie Alvarez at lightweight while he was the featherweight champion, becoming “champ-champ”.
All in all, Conor was at the peak of his powers when he walked away from the UFC to box Floyd Mayweather. Conor was effectively his own boss, with no one to say “No” to him. Since then, he has not had an easy go of things. Most recently, he suffered a gruesome injury during his trilogy fight against eternal rival, Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 and has been out of action since. In a video posted by one of his fans, Andrew Tate, former kickboxing champion and internet sensation, was seen talking about McGregor v Poirier 3.
The most Googled Man of 2022 had some unique insight regarding Conor’s decline and had predicted the downfall of McGregor before the chaotic 3rd Poirier fight. “McGregor is now in-charge of his own training camp. And in my experience, I always trained the hardest when I was not the boss…it’s gonna be a struggle for him to be as good as he was but we’ll see”, Top G alludes to the notion that having a coach helps a fighter push past their limits. It’s hard to argue with Tate on that one.
If what Tate says does have some truth to it, then it explains Conor McGregor’s downfall and proves the suspicions of UFC fans everywhere. Conor has not fought since July 2021, one has to wonder if he has what it takes to compete with the current UFC elite. Though with McGregor calling out almost everyone on the roster, his comeback fight will be a spectacle.
Will Andrew Tate Fight Logan Paul?

With Andrew Tate’s credentials as a kickboxer, fans have been clamoring for him to fight someone. Two opponents that are mentioned more than any others are the Paul brothers. Even though both parties have called out to each other several times and thrown a lot of heat, nothing has materialized. The latest entry in the long list of callouts happened on Sean O’Malley’s YouTube channel.
Logan Paul, the WWE superstar, called out Andrew Tate and challenged him to an MMA fight. This will be uncharted territory for both men as Tate and Paul have only fought in a kickboxing and boxing ring respectively. A switch to the octagon entails a plethora of new challenges and things to learn. It’s an intriguing prospect nonetheless and it will surely sell very well considering the rabid fanbases of both parties involved.

One would have to give the edge to Andrew Tate as he is a former champion. Although it is kickboxing, we have seen former kickboxing champions set the UFC on fire. Although Logan was also a high school varsity wrestler, so his skills might translate well into MMA. We will only get our answers once this fight actually happens.
