Pavlovich stalked Aspinall and tagged him in the first minute of the fight. But Aspinall came back with a lightning-fast combo to put the Russian on the ground. Jon Jones suffered an injury while training, and it led to the UFC putting forth this interim championship. As such, Tom Aspinall recreated a Michael Bisping moment and shocked the world. Now, he’ll surely be looking to unify the interim title with the undisputed one. But, Jones’s return date is unknown, and he was said to return against Miocic.
